We ship chocolate to all 48 contiguous states. Due to chocolate’s sensitivity to heat, it requires special care when shipping. Each order is shipped with ice packs to protect it from heat. For that reason, your order needs to make it from our store to its destination in no more than two days (before this ice melts!).
We will ask for the destination zip-code at checkout. Based on the distance and time-in-transit, only shipping methods taking 2 days or less will be shown. If your order’s destination is close enough to our store, standard UPS ground service will often be available. If its destination is farther away, expedited shipping may be required. Because shipping activity stops during the weekend, orders placed after 12:00 noon on Wednesday cannot ship until the following Monday . This is so your order doesn’t cook in a hot shipping facility over the weekend.
Once your order has shipped, we will send you an email notification with a UPS tracking number so you can track its progress. Someone will have to be there to sign for the delivery, to ensure your order doesn’t sit out in the hot sun.
